  1. Redemption email request should be at least 2 days prior the preferred booking date.
  2. The booking staff will reply within 24 hrs. to confirm availability. If not available, customer must email an alternative date and timeslot.
  3. If available and booking is confirmed, customer will be required to present the email confirmation and a valid ID prior admission.
  4. Standard Booking/Cancellation Policies apply: 
  • Tickets are non-refundable for late comers or no-show.
  • Tickets can be re-booked or amended only once.
  • Re-booking should be at least 3 days in advance.
  • Tickets can be re-booked to a different date and timeslot within 30 days from the original booking only.
