The email should contain the following details:
Preferred Booking Date and Time:
- Redemption email request should be at least 2 days prior the preferred booking date.
- The booking staff will reply within 24 hrs. to confirm availability. If not available, customer must email an alternative date and timeslot.
- If available and booking is confirmed, customer will be required to present the email confirmation and a valid ID prior admission.
- Standard Booking/Cancellation Policies apply:
- Tickets are non-refundable for late comers or no-show.
- Tickets can be re-booked or amended only once.
- Re-booking should be at least 3 days in advance.
- Tickets can be re-booked to a different date and timeslot within 30 days from the original booking only.
